No Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our facility, as they are intended for use by pets.

Each order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number along with clear photos of the issue.
